Shipping Policy — EU Orders
Free Shipping
All orders ship free, no minimum order value required.
Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking notification once it ships.
Delivery
Once fulfilled, orders arrive within 1–5 business days anywhere in the EU.
Returns
We offer free returns on all EU orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@smoovr.com or visit our returns portal. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Customs & Duties
All prices include VAT. There are no additional customs charges for EU orders.
